javascript - Word 2013 does not "open" a file instead downloads the index page and ignores the session -

so using lamp stack server running vtiger crm application , reason when download word file (.doc or .docx file) , click "open" word 2013 net explorer 10/11 on windows 8 machine download fails.

it works fine in chrome or firefox , works using different editor (i.e. libre office) find issue odd.

running current updates disabling security settings on msie. disabling protected view on word 2013 running msie in 7,8,9, , 10 w/ compatibility mode disabling cache on server setting session timeout registries big value (i thought reason session refresh beingness intercepted application)
