i utilize nasmt q700 qnap nas. remote monitoring purposes want read values , save them database.

since web-interface complex , total of javascript, can not scrape it. tried connect nas ssh.

which great, because ssh 1 of methods, can connect automatically c# , text can parse.

the installed linux scheme on box :

i tried reach goal:

man not installed. smartctl not installed. (google told me seek out) i went /bin , /usr/bin directories , tried suspecious. there seems programme called nasutil installed. not self documenting. various calls different parameters did not work, same answer:

i looking command on linux scheme without smartctl give me list of installed hard drives smart status.

the reply simple can be:

# get_hd_smartinfo -d 1 1 disk 1. replace 2 if want check disk 2.

i did not test yet, have, i'll take reply see.
