we developing windows phone 8.1 app. hockeyapp chosen app distribution. able distribute windows phone 8.1 app, requires upload company profile file (.aetx). should downloaded on windows phone , after .xib file signed company certificate can installed.

the problem phone reports error when trying install .aetx file:

can't add together workplace account

we weren't able set workplace account. contact company's back upwards person help.

the specifics enterprise mobile code signing certificate requested symantec mac computer, , certificates exported .p12 format not .pfx in case of windows os. aetgenerator.exe didn't show error , created .aet, .aetx , .xml files.

i followed company app distribution windows phone, , steps have done:

registered company business relationship on windows phone dev center on mac computer applied symantec enterprise mobile code signing certificate on mac picked enterprise certificate symantec on mac exported enterprise certificate .p12 file on windows installed symantec_enterprise_mobile_root_for_microsoft.cer on windows installed symantec_enterprise_mobile_ca_for_microsoft_cert.cer on windows development computer generated .aetx file using aetgenerator.exe of windows phone 8.1 sdk tools

now either installing .aetx file email or through hockeyapp phone shows same error , doesn't install certificate.

i tried installing .p12 mac windows, exporting .pfx file on windows included private certificate, , generating .aetx file .pfx, result same; phone shows same error.

if install certificates on windows (downloading symantec certificates , installing private , public enterprise certificates .p12 file), , trying pick enterprise certificate symantec on windows, browser shows:

your certificate cannot installed. either has been installed, or have removed private key.

it seems error shown when trying install public key of certificate not on same computer requested.

can applying symantec enterprise mobile code signing certificate mac , exporting certificate reason of problem?

if enterprise mobile code signing certificate 1 time acquired company, there way apply certificate same company computer? when enrolling certificate, private key beingness created in browser on end, , thinking if possible pass same procedure windows not paying certificate.
