xaml - WP8 Change pivot header color (selected / unselected) -

i need alter pivot header color still have different color selected , unselected pivot item headers.

i can alter color of headers need way differentiate selected , unselected pivot items.

i have tried many ways windows phone 7 pivot header architecture seem have changed , styles no longer work.

i couldn't find direct way of doing illustration creating new headertemplate, alter applicationwide overriding right solidcolorbrushes in theme dictionary. in app.xaml:
