payment gateway - Send money using httpsrequest in Skrill -

iam trying send money (payout) business business relationship skrill business relationship using api. referring next document: -

i tried api provided in document below :

but iam getting response next : -

and business relationship getting locked. iam trying these transactions using 2 test accounts , 1 merchant business relationship , other buyer account.

(i tried send money skrill business relationship manually , working.but need implement in website.that why using api)

add ip in developer settings section of skrill business relationship under:

"allow payments next ip addresses (separated spaces)"

that fixed problem me. assumed 'no ip entered' meant ip should work.
