Fast and best way to restore large local DB in IaaS SQL Azure -

i googled did not find answer.

could please help me what's best way restore big bak (bakcup) database local dev machine sql azure hosted in iaas? it's proper sql server hosted in azure vm.

i create drive locally , re-create bak file onto drive. upload drive azure storage , mount drive vm , restore bak file.
