debian - Streaming vedio server -

debian - Streaming vedio server -

i'm trying build live video streaming server can take multiple live feeds several remote webcams (axis ip cameras or usb webcam streaming mjpg-streamer) , re-stream them web clients.

the stream needs viewable on webpage using net explorer , other major browsers without requiring 3rd party plugins want create end result simple , accessible possible.

the end service free webcam gallery of local town potential visitors browse , view. have single photographic camera running using windows box , application streaming own home fiber connection move server in info center more viewers can connect without chewing home connection. add together more feeds around town using ip cameras or rpi's usb cams attached.

there seems lots of streaming servers out there , many ways stream single source can't find much take multiple ip sources , produce multiple streams.

ideally build on debian os comfortable with.

any suggestions?

seeing there no reply in thread, nowadays possible solution. although want utilize linux-based debian, take out of words ("that os comfortable with") may have experience other operating systems well.

if so, tutorial @ dotnetfunda how implement onvif ip photographic camera service can useful purposes. demonstrates c#-based solution enables build onvif ip photographic camera server. shows how implement rtsp streaming multiple locations - including remote computers , mobile devices well.

but, unfortunately has been built using windows-based onvif ip photographic camera software. sdk supports mjpeg streaming, may worth take @ solution.

if issue has solved or exclude windows-based solution, apologize having waste time.
