ios - Cannot enable iOS8 Custom Keyboard -

i'm trying design custom keyboard ios 8. here development steps:

1. created new project (single view) 2. created new target: file > new > target, , in ios template grouping chose custom keyboard template.

then tried enable keyboard based on documentation steps, are:

1. run app 2. in ios simulator, press home button (command+shift+h) 3. go settings > general > keyboard > keyboards. 4. tap add together new keyboard. 5. in purchased keyboards group, tap name of new keyboard. modal view appears switch enable keyboard. 6. tap switch enable keyboard. warning alert appears. 7. in warning alert, tap add together keyboard finish enabling new keyboard. tap done.

my problem in step 5. modal view not show switch activate keyboard, shows empty view bellow:

i clicked on done button , shows custom keyboard in activated list:

but when want utilize keyboard, illustration in spotlight, won't show keyboard

clicking done button activate keyboard. there definite bugs in menus.

to alter keyboards, can seek tapping on button alter keyboard, rather holding in lastly screenshot.

also, looks have language keyboard set persian, , guess not appearing because scheme language not western farsi (or text field typing in doesn't back upwards persian).

i wouldn't surprised if there other bugs in simulator impact this. i'm glad hear able working.
