iphone - Swift iOS: passing object to view and back from view -

i'm next tutorials on swift development, , i'm trying figure out best ways pass info , forth different views.

one tutorial i'm using mentions using global scope variable , not worrying it. cool, way? i'm worried if don't larn proper way pass objects , forth, i'll clueless downwards line.

currently, have main 'shopkeeper' class instantiating within first view's viewdidload() (a tableview). first, right thing do? execute 1 time again when come view view?

secondly, how pass 'shopkeeper' class along next view (right i'm getting next view barbutton action. create own uibarbutton class?
