c# - IIS Attach to w3wp.exe Not Popping Up -

this odd issue -- when working on project lastly week, when nail localhost, visual studio 2013 pop , warn me iis/defaultapppool attempting attach wcf service (w3wp.exe). warning not popping more , experiancing odd behaviour program. wondering causes pop happen, , how can iis attach process again?

i'm not sure if matters, there pop sometime lastly week asked if wanted attach debugger, , thinking may have thrown off, i'm not sure how iis attaching process.

edit: w3wp.exe grayed out when effort go debug > attach process, cannot attach way.
