i trying generate false on custom dll in vs 2013 , message:

"an assembly same simple name '...' has been imported. seek removing 1 of references or sign them enable side-by-side."

i've gone on code fine comb , can't see reference is. assembly references com assembly , referencing right interop version, don't think issue. else seen this?
