css3 - (Chrome) Li hover not working -

i have page made here: http://foxrothschild.com/startuptoolkit/index.html

the nav on left hand side has a:hover effect background color:

.ca-menu li:hover{ background: rgba(153, 191, 204, 0.4) !important; }

don't know why, in chrome it's not firing. works in other broswers (firefox, ie, safari).

any ideas?

it works, have set: "transition: 30000ms linear;", think many miliseconds haha :)

you can set 300ms in of transitions:

-webkit-transition: 300ms linear; -moz-transition: 300ms linear; -o-transition: 300ms linear; transition: 300ms linear; -ms-transition: ms linear;
