the community running on wordpress 3.9.1 (latest version) , 20 10 theme.

when user searches "log in" using search box in community, loads page https://www.example.com/community/?s=log+in displays "you attempting log out of . do want log out?" irrespective of whether user logged in or not. , other words/phrases when searched working fine.

twenty 10 theme i'm running 1.2. tried upgrading latest version 1.6 of no help. can suggest how rid of error ?
