ios - Using a USB device with Xcode Simulator -
so, have scanner device scans barcodes. want connect through usb. i'm not sure how info device 1 time gets scanned. know records barcode info in hexadecimal, when info arrives application, conversion have take place. but, i'm still confused on how digitally connect , communicate device.
i saw online seek , utilize iokit.framework, believe it's mac, i'm not using. i'm trying through ios in iphone simulator.
i have command list of hexadecimal commands can send device, however, don't know how send message device.

ios simulator has no access whatsoever usb device connected mac.
