i tested in ff, work fine not in chrome. single link, found hack using redirect, i'm still looking ways open multiple links in new tabs in chrome.

your window.open seems working fine in google chrome, except fact chrome's pop-up blocker blocking new windows opening up. there no way bypass far know unless user allows pop-up blocker allow pop-ups on website.
