i'm labeling points feature class using arcpy, need label sit down on top of point. there way arcpy? or have work around?

you can't access label property arcpy, need arcobjects. workaround can think of (not tested):

convert labels annotations using append annotation feature classes (requires @ to the lowest degree standard license) move annotations modifying shape field (centroid of annotation should replaced corresponding point's xy coords).
