css - Disable all scrolling in an iframe, but allow clicking -

i'm trying disable forms of scrolling in iframe, still allow user click button appears in iframe. i've disabled forms of scrolling (scroll bars, mouse wheel, etc) using scrolling="no" , style="pointer-events: none;", later disables forms of clicking to. possible prevent forms of scrolling while still allowing utilize click within iframe intereact button per say?

edit: unfortunately don't have command on iframe's content :(

delete style="pointer-events: none;" , create height of iframe height of document within of it. if there objects within of iframe scroll, , iframe coming domain not own, i'm sorry out of luck. cannot effect contents of iframe not hosted on own domain.
