Is there a simple GUI to create SQL Server Queries and operations? -

i have created database in sql server using ms sql management studio. i'm looking simple gui tool search in database or add together new info database. example, if database stores links pictures - each image has tables location, objects, animals, lighting etc. want able search database, can take of box list each table instead of querying through sql.

i understand can done sharepoint , ms access, recon it's complicated. thoughts , ideas? thnx.
