i looking email server/service (preferably decent thats not probable shut downwards time soon) can utilize in gae application. here situation have application in users sign , register , utilize app, pretty straight forward, however, app involves sending messages scheme administration clients, in form of notifications, send of import content invoices consents, attendance confirmation, , not (bottom line, not marketing content can send email database) re-create reference in emails, thats sort of things of import document.

i need advice if there emailing service, allow me (using api) create email business relationship each user signs up, can send scheme notifications to, , provide api loading messages user through browser or mobile app.

last xmpp , force real time notification delivery fantastic !! pretty much cant start own on site server financial reasons , because not demo project, going production, client specification requires in cloud.

one lastly thing, whole process has through api, user not aware there new email him , sending emails, far concerned facebook notifications , inbox messages.

(obviously can done on google through corporate account, great can free alternative)

i know said think easier create application sign email business relationship on 3rd party server via api. suspect going harder. i've never heard of email scheme exposed api. may hard find one. maybe seek searching inbox api (here's weak lead http://stackapps.com/questions/3184/are-there-any-plans-to-add-inbox-functionality-to-so-api). i'd inclined design scratch.
