i working on project requirement.the project asp.net web application. database microsoft sql server.this asp.net web application contain business logic , functionalities.

i have requirement functionalities in web application should accessible through mobile(ios/android) devices.

i hope can in 2 ways.

1.develop web application responsive ui design supports ios/android mobile devices.

2.develop web application business logic functionalities .net webservices.then develop separate android/ios applications communicate .net web services , provide improve user interaction in mobile.

which way best way? there other ways accomplish task?

among above 2 ways,how hard create possible / hardest way?

it depends on how "native" app should be. ok client open browser visit app? or maybe it's plenty utilize phone gap "emulate" native app. actual point of view it`s hard solution fullfill requirements. however, developing native app arises new maintenance channel. if develop reponsive web app app needs maintained. every additional app create (android, ios , maybe windows) create additional app needs maintained , tested, rolled out etc. maintain in mind while designing architecture.
