i have created form utilize during meeting. multiple people need click approve @ same time. issue if in form @ same time, going maintain lastly approval , resets fields others have approved... there approval not there when form opened. guess should have seen coming. there can do?

use 2 lists parent/child relationship.

you need master list unique id , detail list master id assigned new list items define relationship. in master list can customize display form contain list view of related items in detail list , link add together new items detail list. little bit of javascript ensure new item in detail list gets master item's id assigned automatically.

back meeting: before meeting, create item in master list. can see item on screen , click create related item in detail list. can save related item @ same time, since these individual list items in detail list. refresh display view of master list item see everybody's replies.
