i crated new directory in project , because of rush forgot create new branch , committed default. there alternative move files under directory new branch end remove them default?

you must think not "files , directories", "changeset(s), contain some changes" you can update parent of tipfirst misbranched changest, create needed branch, commit (dummy) changeset , rebase changeset in question new branch
