SharePoint managed properties issue when search on separate farm to site collection -

we’re having problems managed properties in new sharepoint 2013 web application. managed properties beingness used display metadata , sorting, metadata isn't beingness displayed , we’re getting next error whenever seek sort

property doesn't exist or used in manner inconsistent schema settings.

i have seen error before when managed property in question weren’t defined, or set sortable/refinable. however, can see not case search schema , there not errors in crawl log.

after digging logs, can find is

exception occured in scope microsoft.office.server.search.query.searchexecutor.executequeries. exception=sortlist

the application beingness deployed integrated development environment, on shared app farm. also, using separate farm search managed properties created there. application/managed properties worked expected on developers slice, search located on same farm application.

we have tried recreating content source, numerous total crawls, verified managed properties set correctly still getting same problem.

has suggestions? in advance.

so appears bug dec cu/sp1 apr cu. basically, there issue schema prevent new properties getting added successfully. prepare first released in may security update , in june cu well. (if on oct 2013 or older cu, bug isn't nowadays there.)

getting latest june update, , running total crawl has working expected.
