Linking From Android App to Facebook Event -

i have android app want link facebook event. currently, i'm using fb://event/xxx (xxx event facebook id) if facebook app present, , https://www.facebook.com/xxx otherwise. both of these work of times, of times happens facebook app / page opens , shows feed, instead of event page - if opened regularly.

i should note have version of same app ios, there utilize fb://profile/xxx / https://www.facebook.com/xxx url , works every time. tried fb://profile in android, , doesn't work.

anyone faced issue?
