i need set android status bar semi-translucent color tint effect on ios 7, i've reviewed documentation, explains how gradient translucent status bar.

i've seen effect on samsung galaxy s5 stock dialer app, want perform effect. effect:

have tried set color on pattern #oorrggbb?

example: #50ff0000. first 2 numbers opacity.
