Android Mediaplayer control on notification bar like Samsung Radio App -

all i'm android developer argentine republic i'm developing app listening sound streaming local radio station. app should work android os 2.3 , >4.0 i'm including play/pause button custom notification, works fine on android >4.0 2.3 see not possible observe force on button, notification (my goal notification work same in android version)

i utilize samsung's radio app android 2.3 , allow force buttons command radio , alter stations.

this controls above notifications bar section, i'm not sure if improving including samsung rom or possible made similar android api.

if has thought issue appreciate tip or suggestion.
