i'm looking @ building website shows local properties (uk towns), main aspect getting thought on how automatically populate website via independent estate agents websites.

i.e how rightmove automatically populate listings?

any help much appreciated.

rightmove doesn't 'automatically' populate listings. agents upload properties rightmove in 1 of 2 ways:

1) straight - using agent website, rmplus

2) using rightmove adf

the adf uses feeds provided - surprise surprise - feed providers!! biggest feed rightmove handle vebra. think files in .blm format.

disclaimer: used work rightmove in technical capacity. left in 2012 things may have changed, uncertainty it.
