Flex smooth progress bar with percentage -

i want create loading indicator shows exact progress percentage (something bootstrap's progress bar), instead of endlessly spinning wheel (which doesn't give info user if happening or spinning wheel broken).

is there in flex or have implement own?

also other problem don't know time info (which updates progress bar) , loading segmented. there way in smoother way?

there similar component, can create using progressbar control.
