is possible smooth fonts on phonegap + jquery mobile + windows phone 8 app?

as can see in attached screenshots, same page shown differently on android , windows phone.

the page displayed in android phone has anti-aliased fonts, on windows phone fonts looks pixelated.

i've tried lots of css font anti-aliased properties, didn't work:

is there way prepare on windows phone 8?

it happened microsoft implemented font anti-aliasing on windows phone 8.1. it's platform behavior....
