jquery - Bootstrap 2 Fixed Menu Issue On Small Devices -

i have built template based on bootstrap 2.3.2 framework. on little view ports have made menu fixed.

the issue when menu viewed in iphone5 landscape mode or crappy android portrait or crappy android landscape, few menu seen.

the user can't scroll downwards other menus nor scroll downwards see page content unless close menu.

if view test url in http://www.responsinator.com/ see problem when viewing iphone 5 landscape mode.

here's problem:

basically need remove position:fixed on class. keeps covering rest of screen time if it's open.
