How do i create a zero byte file in biztalk? -

i have biztalk scheme have need create 0 byte file output. basically, need send out study every day our various partners. if there no info send day, still need send file, there should nil in file.

it seem if there no info send, biztalk drops whole thing , decides send nothing. have read on how read 0 byte files in, nil on how create them sending out.

does have recommendations or links?
