html - cannot get footer to stick to bottom of page -
i'm new web design/development , i'm getting hung on problem. i'm practicing skills creating sample webpage, next format:

the 2 columns have .col class , whole page wrapped in .wrapper class.
now, i've seen footer stick bottom, need following:
html, body, .wrapper, .col { height: 100%; } however, isn't changing anything. i'm trying not post of css take bunch of space, if it's needed that.
can have ideas why isn't working?
you need apply css footer this.
