php - Moodle New User Email Confirmation Error - Tried to send you an email but failed -

whenever new user tries create new account, message

tried send email failed!

i tried setting email , using smtp settings in site administration -> message output -> email , did not work. i called host company (inmotion hosting) , verified settings correct. i tried leaving settings blank in email phpmailer send emails, not working , still same message. i have searched overand cannot find helpful info on why happening, find lot of people having issue.

this has turned major show stopper , wondering avenues have troubleshoot this. have info on how fixed?

it might missing "from" email - have got back upwards email set up?

or go site administration > server -> back upwards contact
