hyper v - Trouble starting windows phone 8 emulator -

i have windows 8.1 pro visual studio 2013.i create simple project , when run it gives error "0x80131500". enabled hyper-v bios , windows still same error occurs . there problem in virtual switches guess , can 1 give step step procedure configure virtual switches?

when goes hyper-v manager there no virtual machine running, not found on server . when click "virtual switch manager" gives error "an error occurred while trying retrieve list of virtual switches" . need help configure this.

have @ these threads , seek troubleshooting emulator.

for virtual switch error, if have configured 1 or more switches in hyper-v, run powershell cmdlet get-vmswitch , see output is.
