i have same question colors/brushes , other types. static resources notably slower?

before thinking performance issues this, think of utilize case of staticresources. in larege programme cannot set styles in every line of code. future alter can painful. need centralized styles.

think of in way need it. don't waste time on such worthless performance consideration.
