i'm using twilio send , respond messages. working normally, since moved bay area responding function doesn't work now. happens when user send message us(the ip address of our own computers) phones, our server can't receive anything. when check our twilio account, know msg indeed sent twilio server. think it's problem of linking between twilio server , our ip address. suspecting ip address virtual ip address here, makes twilio server can't find us. our suspection correct? if yes, should do? if not, possible problems?

you need utilize dynamic dns service. need find port twilio sends smss client(your computer), , create sure firewall forwarding port computer. odds firewall issue, since worked before moved. has there been alter in network setup? need aware of both hardware , software firewalls in setup.
