i'm using node-webkit ui framework , in the wiki states should ship mit license, lgpl, bsd, ms-pl , mpl/gpl/lgpl tri-license. how exactly? bundle them within executable? provide them alongside?

intel xdk (which uses node-webkit) provides them within "about" window (in section "attribution notice").
