c# - unable to find "bring to front" and "send to back" option in visual studio 2013 -

i new visual studio 2013.

i using single form 2 panels sec panel stacked on top of first. unable switch first panel. have searched google , looked answers here well. suggest using "bring front" , "send back" options, cannot find them anywhere.

goto design mode view->designer, right click panel want bring front end , click bring front ,
