Combine between Drupal core search & custom view term search -

i need build search form search in node or taxonomy term,

to search in node .. can utilize core search module, cant taxonomy term, so, can search on taxonomy term, must create custom search .. im build custom search dependence of search api, , view ...

so when search exposed filter view, retrieve taxonomy term, , if utilize default search retrieve node without term field ..

how can combine between search node & custom search ..
