cordova - Native Windows Phone app vs Jquery Mobile + PhoneGap? -

i new mobile programming, , want build mobile app fill few forms, offline, , sync them later, when net access available, database on online server through vpn connection.

at first, thought learning windows8 phone app development, heard/read phonegap , jquery mobile! , bit confused 1 improve use, considering 2 things:

1- 1 think app's functionality 2- tool more beneficial on long run (in mobile programming world).

any advice much appreciated.

with these functionality don't thing don't need many mobile dependent features rather need more web features. first question, reply technology in more comfortable. depends how want sync data. in background or when app open. if want sync info in background means app closed, have info send in server, , net access there, you'll need native windows phone code. in case if utilize phonegap need native code deal it, may you'll need write plugin communicate between phonegap , native code. , if don't need background process, if want send info server when app opened,phonegap can work charm. it'll easy communicate between 2 web technology.

for sec question, ofcourse phonegap great technology larn deal cross platform. if need create apps not wp rather platforms phonegap great. having said it's necessary mention phonegap has it's quirks too. native code has it's benefit. phonegap can't overcome native code. if willing compromise bit, it's easy larn phonegap,a familiar tech platform dependent techs objective-c, android etc. (n.b. i'm not expert, it's experience far)
