windows installer - Creating a MSI package with batch file -

we have requirement uninstall application windows machine.i have created batch file uninstall commands,converted batch file exe , using msi bundle installer created package. when tried install other machine found virus/spyware.

is because of bat file in exe?

i assume due tool used create exe file with. other can take @ various ways uninstall msi files.

i don't know kind of network on, uninstall best done via deployment tool, wmi, powershell or similar. there many ways.
