MySQL: Cant give tables a name in Upper Camel Case (Pascal Case) -

i read best practise have table names in pascal case (thisismytablename). therefor alter tables in mysql. neither phpmyadmin, nore sql manager 2005 mysql allow me. names remain appear in lowercase, if didnt alter @ all.

any suggestions solve problem?

i advice against mixed case because of problems case sensitivity. tested solution on 1 platform case doesn't matter may fail when deployed on platform case matter. reason lone suggest sticking either caps or lower case. utilize lower case because easier on eye , create spelling errors easier spot in fixed width fonts used in editors.
