powershell - 'Set-AdfsGlobalWebContent' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet -

i trying alter company name using 'set-adfsglobalwebcontent' of powershell 4.0 . using power-shell ise not able command. working on windows server 2012 r2 explain me why command not showing in intelligence? missing something?

after executing command forcefully gives "'set-adfsglobalwebcontent' not recognized name of cmdlet" error.
