Save file to server instead of my computer on PHP -

i have url downloads .csv file computer http://oi62.tinypic.com/2nh0zzt.jpg

but want download file in folder of server, or @ to the lowest degree open it's content can save want. (upload file via ftp every time pain)

i can't access direct url of file, api gives me, , direct download.

i tried curl , file_get_contents, nil seems work.

how can download file in server instead of computer?
