C# remote software access for technical support -
i have developed software , offer technical back upwards clients software. there api allow me see , software windows when client using [if client allows permission]. software developed in c#. windows desktop software.
i utilize google hangouts, part of google+. either party can share application screen instead of video. can download chrome remote command application if you'd take command of remote screen. utilize time help others. it's great because can show them on screen while watch them work on screen.
