osx - Mac OS X server - git access, fix repositories permission -

i've tried install gitlab on mac os x server, in 1 step needed run script changed permission of repository. this, have lost limited access git, user can access repository. when in permissions in server.app, show user should access git.

the git rep shows permissions: existing: drwxrws---+, newly created , limited show admins: drwxrwx---+ (but still downloaded regular user).

any advice how prepare ?
