is uml or else? need quick reference larn each of different lines mean? 1 inheritance, etc..

1 yes uml. can read more (with examples) class diagrams , other uml diagrams e.g. @ http://www.uml-diagrams.org/class-diagrams-overview.html

2 although possible google out , print , pin on notice board "uml cheat sheet" or "uml quick reference card" (e.g. http://www.holub.com/goodies/uml).

3 much improve first read book know is/is_not possible structural/behavioral modeling etc. explaining uml not thing can done on 1 single sheet of paper or in 1 single stack overflow answer
