i made 2 forms. 1 form asks practice want choose(dropdown menu). when press submit go sec form in can select options practice chose.

now created table in phpmyadmin table name: "information" in store info specific practices example: practice 1 closed on mondays, practice 2 closed on fridays.

now question is: how can print info specific practice on screen when practice chosen? (the info stored in database)
