history - What happened to WIL? Windows Interface Language? -

i have book 2009 in our company language "windows interface language." limited info can found online here:

http://techsupt.winbatch.com/techsupt/pdfs/wil-lang20020712.pdf

this appears have 1 time been effort microsoft create bit batch script handled windows; assume parts of used programs autohotkey since notice remarkable similaries.

yet google search wil finds no wiki reference , extremely antiquated items. haven't yet tried out code in 2009 book on windows 7, assume still work.

any history on this? happened? it?

...no, microsoft never developed such thing, "wil" proprietary (?) scripting language, requiring custom "interpreter" (winbatch.exe) - yet 1 time again - not developed nor supported microsoft. think need re-read book.
