i'm working on app that's suppose have in-app billing. have 6 modules in app - 1 free , other 5 can purchased.
from i've gathered, need google wallet merchant business relationship , unfortunately, live in 1 of unsupported countries. can create bank business relationship in other country , utilize google wallet merchant business relationship ?
